Organisation
In Spain, communities such as Puebla Aida are governed by The
Law of Horizontal Properties. This Law applies when the
community shares common elements. It allows the communities to
obtain the full force of the law in enforcing their rules and
compelling payment of debts.
The Law provides a framework within which the community is
required to conduct its affairs. It is not the purpose of this
website to explain the detail of the Law but everyone who owns,
or is contemplating ownership, a property in Spain should ensure
that they understand this very important Law.
The Law requires that the Community appoints a President, a
Secretary and an Administrator. Vice-Presidents can also be
appointed. They are the appointed to run the Community. The
President is normally assisted by a Committee.
In Puebla Aida the following are the persons who occupy the
various positions.
