Puebla Aida was the story of one man's dream. To call him an
architect would be too limiting: "designer", "visualiser", or "recreator"
would be nearer.
Disillusioned - at times enraged - by the insensitive structures
that have spoilt many a sunshine paradise, this one man dreamt
of recreating the past, building in a style that has evolved
over the centuries through the Phoenicians, Carthaginians,
Romans, Moors and early Christians.
An Andalusian village, a pueblo of houses, higgledy-piggledy in
their layout, yet in truth meticulously planned to provide an
idyllic setting. An environment offering variety and
originality, created with the help of modern technology.
Craftsmanship would be paramount, so too would be the use of local material
and techniques: old clay roof tiles, richly stained timber, hand
painted ceramics and cool marble. The dream began back in 1984
and ended in 2003 with what we now know as our beautiful Puebla
Aida.
We are a multi cultural community and our owners come from all
over the world.
The owners of Puebla Aida are proud of their community and feel
honoured to be part of this very special community of owners.
For the young or old, our community has become a wonderful place to live.
Our community has 279 properties
ranging from studio apartments to 4 bedroom houses including 4
communal pools.
The Pueblo holds many social events throughout the year that are
supported by our owners. These events are the reason our
community is so successful. Each owner, old and new, is given the
opportunity to make new friends during these wonderful
occasions.
We are a community that respects their neighbours and their
right to enjoy their homes here in Spain. Over the past years
we have become a very strong community of owners who decide what
we want from our Pueblo.
Living in Puebla Aida is a wonderful experience, you will never
feel alone as the community is warm and friendly. Many of our
owners have years of experience of living in Spain and there is
always somebody willing to help and give advice.
Our Community has its own office for the owners which are open
from 9.00am to 1.00pm everyday. The office is also supported by our
President, Vice Presidents and committee of owners every Tuesday
morning.
